Once we have discussed your needs and requirements, leave us to create a tailored programme alongside your itinerary.
Nearer to your departure date, we provide a standard form for all participants to complete, requesting details of each player's ability as well as general likes/dislikes, leisure activities etc. Coaching staff at your destination will thus be able to review and familiarise themselves with each player prior to your arrival.
Group leaders are offered the opportunity to discuss training schedules with their chosen club's coaching staff before departure.
Train and Play Programmes
Coaching staff base training techniques on the high standards employed by their own youth academies. Each club (particularly abroad, when English groups are concerned) practices different coaching philosophies, enabling you to take away a unique experience.
All coaching programmes offer a minimum of 4 hours' training and cover all aspects of play. Each session usually features a specific technique. Dedicated coaches work with players to exploit each individual’s balance, speed, attitude and skill.
In most circumstances, the allocated coaching staff are dedicated to your team which means that, unless you say otherwise, you will not be grouped together with any other travelling party. This enables your group to work together to improve and bond as a team.
Small sided games and full-scale matches are pre-arranged against local, Youth Academy or visiting teams.
