Whether you’re looking for a football, rugby, netball, hockey or basketball development tour, your personal Business Development Manager and our Operations Team will be with you every step of the way, from choosing your destination to the moment you arrive back home.

Step One – Get Your Ideas Together

  • Select your preferred club
    Consider your ideal destination. Some schools opt for a UK-based programme for younger groups. A popular option is to choose a club abroad for a longer, more challenging programme every two years and offer a UK destination programme in between.   • Decide when and for how long do you wish to travel?
    Government legislation now permits educational travel in term time. Consider the educational benefits of a term-time programme against a school holiday option.
  • Who do you want to offer the programme to?
    Consider ability level, year group or a mix. How many people will be in your group?
  • What do you want to get out of your trip?
    Think about what’s more important: intensity of training, competitive matches, teambuilding, new and cultural experiences…
  • Discuss with ‘stakeholders’ including the young players and ascertain interest levels. Aim for 10 positive responses

Step 2 – Talk To Us

  • Let us know your basic ideas and give us your telephone details! It is our preferred method of response. You can get in touch through our Contact Us page.
  • One of our dedicated sales team will work with you to adapt your programme detail and itinerary. Our staff are sports enthusiasts and dedicated to the same goals as you. We know the destinations and facilities and can offer insights, recommendations, even fundraising ideas.
  • We give you a quote within 72 hours of your request. We will prepare a full Information Pack including package details, sample itinerary, information on your destination city and club. We also prepare a sample parents’ letter for you amend and send.

Step 3 – Liaise With Parents

  • Ascertain numbers and contact inspiresport
    We will hold a provisional place for up to 30 days without obligation.
  • Present the programme to potential participants and parents.
    inspiresport will be happy to lead the presentation or provide you with the PowerPoint presentation if you wish to present it yourself.

Step 4 – Confirm Your Programme

After receiving the go-ahead from players and parents, inspiresport will:

  • Confirm your booking in writing
  • Provide you with a detailed sample itinerary
  • Secure your place at your chosen club following receipt of first deposits from a minimum of 10 players and will then make all the necessary reservations for flights, accommodation, meals, excursions and ground transportation.
