inspiresport Representatives
All our travel development programmes take place with an experienced member of the inspiresport team present 24 hours a day.
Our representatives assist with the administration and organisation of your stay at your chosen destination. We also provide a female representative for all mixed or female only groups travelling with us.
Representatives will organise leisure activities on your behalf.
FREE Places
We appreciate the need for close supervision of the members of your group during sports travel programmes. This is why inspiresport offers a free teacher place for the initial 12 places booked and one place for every 10 thereafter.
Financial Protection for Your Sports Travel Programme
The array of travel industry logos and badges in brochures and promotional material can be confusing, leaving you unsure what might happen if the agency you use went out of business.
Air Travel Operators License (ATOL) and the Association of British Travel Agents are the travel industry’s ‘governing bodies’. ABTA and ATOL endorsement of tour operators and agencies has been providing financial protection for schools and clubs for the past 30 years.

inspiresport Offers to Pay for Supply Teachers during Term Time
With the Head Teacher’s approval, government legislation now permits sports development programmes to be taken during the school term.

Inspection Visits
inspiresport periodically offers coaches and group leaders the opportunity to visit our partner clubs to check out facilities and accommodation and chat to the coaching staff before making a final decision to travel. Coach Education
PE teachers get the opportunity to work alongside club coaches during our programmes. Teachers can also receive assessments by club coaches at the start and of our courses. Finally, our clients have remarked that one of the most enriching aspects of inspiresport programmes is observing different philosophies and techniques, particularly from coaching expertise abroad.
